Cancellation Policy
At Glow Ritualz, we value your time and ours. To ensure that every client receives the best experience possible, please review our cancellation policy below:
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged 25% of the service total.
• No-call / No-show appointments (clients who fail to show up without notice) will be charged 100% of the service total and will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for any future appointments.
• Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in restricted booking privileges.
